'''로메'''(Lomé)는 [[토고]]의 수도이다. 1998년의 인구는 약 70만명이다. [[기니만]]에 접하고, 토고의 중심이 되는 항만뿐만이 아니라 공업의 중심지이다. 주된 수출품으로는 [[원두커피]], [[코코아]], [[코프라]], [[파파야]] 등이다.

도시는 [[18세기]]에 [[에웨족]]들에 의해서 건설되었다. [[19세기]]말에는 독일의 식민지로 바꿔졌지만, 1897년에 토고의 수도가 Aneho로부터 로메로 이전했다. [[제1차 세계 대전]] 중인 1914년에, 프랑스군에게 점령될 때까지 도시 발전은 계속되었다.

로메는 토고의 최남단에 위치하고 있으며, 시의 서쪽은 바로 [[가나]]와 국경이 접해 있다.

로메의 시설로는 로메 대시장, 토고 국립 박물관, 로메 대성당, 베냉 대학 등이 있다. 또 교외에는 공항이 있다.
