'''투펄로'''(Tupelo, {{IPA-all|tu:pəlo}}))는 [[미국]] 남부 [[미시시피주]] [[리군 (미시시피주)|리군]]의 카운티청 소재지이자 최대 도시이다. 인구 35,930(2000). 미시시피주 동북부에 위치한다. [[목화]]를 비롯한 지역 농산물의 집산지이며, 또한 목재의 집산지이기도 하다. [[투펄로 (나무)|투펄로]]([[:en:Tupelo|Tupelo]])라는 목재가 많이 생산되어 가구 제조업이 발달하였다. [[남북전쟁]] 중에는 격전지로 유명하였으며, 이를 기념하는 국립전적지가 있다. [[1936년]]에는 [[토네이도]]로 큰 피해를 보았다. 현재 이 도시는 가수 [[엘비스 프레슬리]](1935~1977)의 고향으로 가장 잘 알려져 있다. 그는 이 곳에서 13세까지 살았는데, 그의 생가가 복원되어 있고, 기념관도 세워져서 많은 사람들이 방문하고 있다.
